With over eight years of experience in commercial property management, Sam Greenwalt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services. Starting her career at CBRE as a Property Administrator and working her way up to Property Manager where she managed a diverse range of private and institutional clients. Her portfolio spans industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties, and she excels at delivering results under tight deadlines—particularly in complex financial reporting, budgeting, and CAM Reconciliation.
Samantha’s experience extends beyond day-to-day property management. She’s been actively involved in new development and capital projects, contributing to the growth and success of the properties she oversees. She is known for building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and tenants, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that stakeholder interests are always prioritized. In addition to her real estate expertise, Samantha holds a Nevada Real Estate License and a Property Management Permit, solidifying her commitment to professional growth and excellence.
When she’s not managing properties, Sam enjoys reading, attending concerts/sporting events & spending time with her family and her pug, Dug.
