About Joy
Joy joins Gatski Commercial with over two decades of experience in property management. She has developed broad expertise in overseeing office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson markets. Her background includes working with both owner-managed assets and third-party management contracts, working to deliver strategic result-driven solutions tailored to a wide range of ownership structures and property types.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Joy enjoys visiting her daughter while she attends college in Hawaii, supporting her son’s high school golf endeavors, traveling the world with her husband, engaging in creative projects with friends, and spending quiet moments reading alongside her dogs.
