Gatski Commercial’s Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley represented the owner, Westcliff Omninet in a 78-month lease to Pioneer Pediatrics. The lease will commence June 1, 2014 at 221 N. Buffalo Rd., totaling 3,180-square-feet of office space. The deal closed for $402,072.
