Maintenance

Our building maintenance division involves a comprehensive suite of services, covering strategic, long-term operational plans and immediate repairs, 24-hours a day, as needed for emergencies or routine service.

We execute routine building maintenance; monitor code compliance, energy consumption, and quality control; work closely with property management to prepare bids and negotiate contracts for large maintenance jobs; supervise outside vendors and contractors on site; ensure UBC, ADA, and OSHA compliance; and even develop strategic management transition plans for our client properties.

Above all, we recognize that complete and timely maintenance of the physical property at all times is one of the key ingredients for the long-term success of our client’s investment. We employ a diverse and experienced team for this division who are cross-trained with a wide range of general commercial building maintenance experience, for precisely this reason.
