Our building maintenance division involves a comprehensive suite of services, covering strategic, long-term operational plans and immediate repairs, 24-hours a day, as needed for emergencies or routine service. We execute routine building maintenance; monitor code compliance, energy consumption, and quality control; work closely with property management to prepare bids and negotiate contracts for large maintenance jobs; supervise outside vendors and contractors on site; ensure UBC, ADA, and OSHA compliance; and even develop strategic management transition plans for our client properties.
