Frank P. Gatski, CEO

Frank Gatski understands the intricacies of Las Vegas. A resident for 35 years—20 of which have been in the commercial real estate profession—it’s clear why the CEO of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services stands among the top-performing executives in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. Gatski leads the company with an aggressive, forward-thinking style, planning for the future and seeking to better the company each day. While ensuring Gatski Commercial stays on top of emerging market trends, he continues to structure service solutions that will meet the changing needs of current and future clients. Gatski holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and is a licensed Nevada real estate broker.

Lisa M. Brady, Managing Director, Investment Sales and Leasing

As the managing director, investment sales & leasing, Lisa M. Brady is an expert on the Las Vegas market. She has more than 14 years of experience in property management, investment sales, leasing, land acquisition and sales, all of which have been in Southern Nevada. That varied experience has guided Brady in helping Gatski adapt to the changing economy. Brady is active with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM). She’s involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Las Vegas, KNPR radio, MDA and Candlelighter’s Christmas Family Adoption Program. She was honored by In Business as one of the Women to Watch in 2010.

Rob Helling, Managing Director, Property Tax Division

Rob Helling works with Gatski Commercial clients to analyze and review their property tax position. Helling is able to represent owners in cases where the proposed taxable values of a property exceeds its market value. Under his leadership the Property Tax division has achieved taxable value reductions in excess of $64 million since its 2009 beginnings.

Helling spent nearly two decades with the Clark County Assessor’s office primarily as a senior audit appraiser, and also worked in the Clark County Treasurer’s Office as the tax receiver manager. Prior to that he spent 13 years as a private sector real estate appraiser, had his own appraisal firm and worked with many large institutional lenders in Southern California.

Robert Strehlow, Managing Director, Landscape and Building Maintenance

Robert Strehlow has more than 21 years of experience addressing the challenging landscape issues of the Southern Nevada desert. His outdoor education began at 15, when he started landscaping for a regional developer. Since then he’s overseen landscaping and maintenance work for large commercial office buildings, retail centers, schools, homeowners associations, car dealerships, private residences and more.

His education continues today. Strehlow is pursuing his LEED Green Associate accreditation through the US Green Building Council. He takes a progressive approach to landscaping, and has made a concerted effort to do xeriscaping and turf tear-outs for his clients.

Shannon Vivolo, Controller

As controller at Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, Shannon Vivolo’s job is to ensure fiscal accountability and that the company is operating at the height of its financial potential. She works as part of the management team to help shape the company’s financial future, while also overseeing day-to-day accounting systems, the trust accounts and the accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting. In addition, Vivolo oversees preparation of monthly financial packages, budgeting, CAM reconciliations and lease set-up for new properties.

Prior to being named controller, Vivolo worked as accounting manager and a senior accountant for Gatski Commercial. She brings to Gatski 15 years of direct experience in commercial property accounting, and part of that time was spent working at Transwestern Commercial Services, one of the largest full-service commercial real estate firms in the country. A graduate of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, Vivolo has a B.S. in accounting.
