Frank P. Gatski
Chief executive officer – CPM, CCIM
Frank Gatski understands the intricacies of Las Vegas. A resident for 35 years, it’s clear why the CEO of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services is surviving one of the most challenging real estate markets in the country.
Gatski leads the company with an aggressive, forward-thinking style, planning for the future and seeking to better serve the client. While ensuring Gatski Commercial stays on top of emerging market trends, Gatski continues to structure service solutions that will meet the changing needs of current and future clients. Gatski holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and is a licensed Nevada real estate broker.
Executive Team
Shannon Vivolo
Controller
As controller at Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, Shannon Vivolo’s job is to ensure that the company operates at the height of its financial potential, while overseeing fiscal accountability. She works as part of the management team to help shape the company’s financial future, while also overseeing day-to-day accounting systems, the trust accounts and the accounting staff to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Prior to being named controller, Vivolo worked as accounting manager and a senior accountant for Gatski Commercial. She brings to Gatski 15 years of direct experience in commercial property accounting, including time spent with Transwestern Commercial Services, one of the largest full-service commercial real estate firms in the country. Vivolo graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from California Lutheran University
Vanessa Reinhart
Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources Manager, Vanessa Reinhart works to balance employment law with the culture of the company and the needs of the staff, while making the workplace fun, along the way.
Prior to joining Gatski Commercial, Reinhart served for more than five years as a senior human resource consultant at Payroll Solutions in North Las Vegas. Reinhart received her B.A. in communication studies from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Christy Hadorn
Accounting Manager
Accounting Manager Christy Hadorn brings to Gatski a diverse background in the real estate and accounting fields. In addition to supervising the accounting staff, Hadorn is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and works closely with property management to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prior to joining Gatski, Hadorn worked in the residential real estate industry as a licensed broker-salesperson. In addition, she has several years of accounting experience, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections. An entrepreneur, Hadorn co-owns a trucking company with her husband, where she learned all aspects of being a business owner. Hadorn received her Bachelor of Science in managerial finance at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Rob Helling
Managing Director, Property Tax Appeal Division
As the managing director of Gatski Commercial Real Estate Service’s property tax division, Rob Helling works with clients to analyze and review their property tax positions. He’s able to represent owners in cases where the proposed taxable value of a property exceeds its market value. Under his leadership, the property tax division has achieved taxable value reductions in excess of $100 million since its 2009 beginnings.
Helling spent nearly two decades with the Clark County Assessor’s Office, primarily as a senior audit appraiser, and he also worked in the Clark County Treasurer’s Office as the tax receiver manager. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as a private sector real estate appraiser, had his own appraisal firm and worked with many large institutional lenders in Southern California.
Eric Tischler, M.Ed.
Client Relations Manager
Eric Tischler brings a diverse marketing background to his position as client relations manager with Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services. Known for his assertiveness and expertise in communications, Tischler focuses on business and client development, marketing and working to continue the company’s steady growth.
Tischler brings an impressive array of commercial real estate experience to Gatski Commercial. Prior to joining the firm, he handled the marketing duties for a team with Grubb & Ellis and was the marketing manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Tischler works closely with the Southern Nevada chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) to promote the professional group. He also volunteers with his children’s school group, WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students). Tischler received his bachelor’s degree from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia and his master’s of education from the Las Vegas campus of Regis University.
Jamie Bartels
Senior Property Manager
Jamie Bartels joined Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services in 2008, bringing with her years of property management experience. As senior property manager, she oversees a team of junior property managers and, together, they manage more than 20 properties and 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. In addition, she oversees a maintenance crew and works with owners and tenants to ensure that all parties are satisfied. Known for unique, problem-solving approach and her ability to motivate staff, Bartels brings an upbeat but tireless work ethic to the Gatski team.
Prior to joining Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, Bartels honed her real estate skills as a property manager with The Equity Group, where she oversaw parcel owner associations and retail buildings. She’s currently working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Bartels has completed multiple self-motivation leadership classes through PSI Seminars.
Cynthia Holland – CPM
Senior Property Manager
When it comes to Las Vegas property management, Cynthia Holland is a seasoned expert. Holland has been managing property since 1999, working her way up the ranks from assistant property manager to her position as senior property manager with Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services. Holland, with her team manages more than 1 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space in and around Southern Nevada. In addition to handling the needs of property owners and managing vendors, Holland also works with more than 180 tenants. In 2012, Holland received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Prior to joining Gatski, Holland managed property for a number of years with a large private industrial owner and RMI Property Management. In her free time, she often volunteers with all her children’s athletic endeavors.
Lindy Sanchez
Senior Property Manager
Lindy Sanchez’ real estate career began in 2000, and she’s been excelling within the industry ever since. As senior property manager with Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, Sanchez and her team manage more than 1 million square feet of retail, industrial and office space, and holds a number of Class A office buildings in her portfolio. In addition, she manages landlord and tenant relations, while overseeing operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of 25 properties. A true motivator, Sanchez is known for her ability to not only supervise, but inspire a team of property managers and assistant managers.
Prior to joining Gatski, Sanchez worked as an assistant property manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Las Vegas, where she was educated about all aspects of the Las Vegas real estate market. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Nicholas Barber
Senior Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
Having worked in all aspects of the real estate business, Nicholas Barber brings a wealth of experience to his position as senior associate, investment sales and engineering. Over the last nine years, Barber has held positions that dealt with leasing, tenant disposition, tenant retention, acquisition of vacant land and buildings for owner-operators. Since he began working in real estate, Barber has represented more than 150 clients on more than 400 transactions totaling nearly $100 million.
Always striving to learn more, Barber is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) .
Laramie Bracken
Senior Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
Known for his versatility in both business and real estate, Laramie Bracken, sales and leasing associate, has represented all ends of the real estate spectrum over the last five years, including landlords and tenants in retail, professional office and industrial realms spanning local, regional and national arenas.
Before joining Gatski Commercial, Bracken served as a partner in multiple furniture stores in the Las Vegas Valley, which he sold in 2007. He continues to draw on his experience as a former business owner when assisting clients. Bracken graduated from Ohlone College in the San Francisco Bay area with a degree in business administration. His educational pursuits continue as he works toward his LEED certification and participates in the Sustainable Development Committee with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Jason Brooks
Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
Jason Brooks brings enthusiasm, market knowledge, and nearly a decade of experience to his job as investment sales and leasing associate. For the 11 years that he’s lived in Las Vegas, Brooks has been studying the patterns of the real estate market.
Prior to joining Gatski Commercial, Brooks worked as a title rep with First American Title, where he collaborated with some of the highest-producing residential Realtors in Southern Nevada. He also served as a marketing representative for an international Fortune 500 title insurance company where he was repeatedly recognized as the No. 1-producing sales representative. When Brooks isn’t working, he’s pursuing his degree in business and communication from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Jeremy Foley
Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
As investment sales and leasing associate, Jeremy Foley brings to Gatski more than seven years’ experience in finance, underwriting, investment sales, leasing and more, all of which he’s carried out in Las Vegas.
Prior to working with Gatski Commercial, Foley served for three years as a commercial real estate broker with Marcus and Millichap, the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment firm, where he specialized in investment sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties. He received his B.S.B.A. in finance with a minor in marketing from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Foley is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and UNLV Alumni Association.
Rob Lujan
Senior Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
Rob Lujan is regarded for his extensive professional versatility as senior associate, investment sales and leasing. He has more than 10 years of experience with Gatski Commerical, working in all aspects of commercial real estate, including property management, asset preservation, tenant retention and acquisition and disposition of assets. Lujan has helped complete more than 3,000 transactions valuing approximately $300 million.
A University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduate with a degree in advertising and a minor in marketing, Lujan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) .
Jeff Sarachman
Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
As a Las Vegas resident since 1994, Jeff Sarachman is well acquainted with the commercial real estate market in Las Vegas. As an investment sales and leasing associate with Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services, Sarachman works with his expert team to find best deals on real estate for clients. Known for his hard work, dedication and strong work ethic, Sarachman is a true asset to the firm. Having studied local real estate patterns for nearly two decades, he’s able to apply a unique history and context to the job, balanced with a straightforward approach.
Prior to joining Gatski, Sarachman spent 16 years working in the casino industry. In his free time, he coaches tee ball and plays softball, himself.
Jason Simon
Senior Associate, Investment Sales and Leasing
Jason Simon, senior associate, investment sales and leasing, is one of Las Vegas’ leading commercial real estate agents. For the last decade, Simon has been instrumental in representing in excess of 100 clients and more than 5 million square feet of commercial space. His work includes local and national site selection, lease negotiations and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. Simon is distinguished by his ability to analyze market trends.
Simon graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a marketing degree, and is active with National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
