Las Vegas, Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services announced the firm handled the disposition of a leasehold interest in a retail center in Las Vegas.

Senior Brokerage and leasing agents Rob Lujan and Jason Simon of Gatski Commercial represented the buyer, FM Associates LLC, and the seller, NCB Development X, an Illinois LLC, in the transaction, which was valued at $1,200,000.

The 19,719 square foot property is located in Flamingo Marketplace, 1040 E. Flamingo Road. At the time of the sale, the property was 100 percent occupied, leased out to national and regional retailers such as Sprint Subway and CashAmerica SuperPawn.
